Payment processing is delivered by 3rd parties such as PayPal. Any sensitive information you send to the 3rd party, from your computer to their servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

We will retain the e-mail address given by you only to notify you of the despatch of your order. We may also on occasions e-mail details of any special offers or promotions to you using this information. We will never pass your details onto third parties.

Payments

Payment is required at point of ordering using one of the available payment methods. No orders will be made and despatched until payment has been confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted on non-customised Scented products and must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged including packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If goods are returned as described above a full refund will be issues. Please speak to us first if there are any issues.

Amendments to custom orders

Once a custom order is in production it may not be possible to amend the order and part or full payment may still be required. Please contact us ASAP if there are any changes to any order. Amendments to standard stock orders can be amended before the point of despatch.
